Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator - Sales Order ProcessorSalary: £35,310 per annumLocation: Welwyn Garden City, HertfordshireContract basis:PermanentWorking hours : 8 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday*Hybrid working - split between home & office*3 days office, 2 days homeMAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:To provide a first class service by offering professional support and advice on orders, deliveries, queries and new order enquiries. Offering a clear reporting structure for all outstanding orders.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Processing: Processing orders accurately in line with customer requirements and internal processes
  • Work with internal departments to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full
  • Manage customers expectations in a proactive manner via telephone/email
  • Handle customer queries / concerns / complaints effectively, ensuring they are logged in the relevant databases
  • Third Party Suppliers: Raise POs on 3rd party suppliers as and when required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience working in a demanding and fast paced Customer Services environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Effective communication skills - verbal & written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to translate customer requirements by asking appropriate questions
  • Proven track record of dealing with and resolving customer concerns
  • Experience of SAP order processing system
