Customer Service CoordinatorAre you looking for a position offering progression and career opportunity This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join this small team which is based within a larger open plan office environment. This is a fabulous company who really look after their staff, and who believe in staff development and promoting from within.Part of this company’s business is looking after the Utility Contracts for other business clients. As part of the this team, you will be involved in all aspects of their existing contracts, billing and renewal of those contracts making sure they get the best value for money. You will need to be highly organised with good attention to detail as being able to plan ahead is just as important as doing the job itself.The ideal person will be a strong personality and not easily fobbed off and be able to "fight" on behalf of the customer to achieve the best possible deals from the suppliers. You will need at least one years’ experience in an office based role and be able to work to deadlines. Full training will be given.Key Responsibilities
