Job Description

Cover Supervisor,Cover Supervisor - Welwyn Graden City, Hertfordshire - Salary: £90-£145 per dayAre you considering a career within education Perhaps youre looking for rewarding post supporting a great staff team in a popular and well run Secondary School Are you looking for a role with the opportunity for career growthAs a Cover Supervisor, you will have the chance to work in a variety of schools, grades, and classrooms, making a meaningful impact on students lives. You should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability toadapt to new environments quickly.Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for absent teachers on a daily or long-term basis
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
  • Adapt to different teaching styles and curriculum requirements
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions for students
Requirements:
  • Preference for a degree in Education or QTS, but not mandatory
  • Teaching/Tuition experience
  • Proven experience in education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
