CK Group are recruiting for a Clinical Trial Assistant to join an established and successful pharmaceutical company, to be based (when safe) at their Hertfordshire offices, with flexible working for two days a week.Clinical Trial Assistant Role:As Clinical Trial Assistant you will support the clinical team to accurately update and maintain clinical systems and/or trackers within project timelines; prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports. Key duties will include:- Supporting all phases of clinical study activities (feasibility, start-up, maintenance, and close-out).- Ensuring that the TMF filing plan is up to date, filing and archiving project documentation is accurate and complete in the eTMF.- Assisting with creation, updating and maintenance of project trackers.- Working with the Clinical Operations study team and assigned CRO.- Distribution of study related documentation to study teams and sites.Your Background:As Clinical Trial Assistant you will require:- A relevant Life Science degree.- Proven experience in a CTA role within a pharma company or CRO.- Extensive eTMF experience, ideally with PhlexGlobal TMF or Veeva Vault.- Experience of supporting global clinical trials.- Strong Excel skills.- Ideally some experience of preparing for regulatory authority inspections.Apply:For more information or to apply for this Clinical Trial Assistant position, please contact CK Group, quoting job ref 49727.It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
