Job Description

Applications SpecialistReq1775Location: Remote Working [until further notice]Duration: 6 months [initially]EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: Intelligent Resource is currently recruiting for an experienced Applications Specialist to work on a transformation project, delivering to a Public Sector client thats based in Welwyn Hatfield.This contract is for an initial six (6) months, with the option to extend.The work will be carried out remotely.Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to the team around the application capabilities,
  • Configuring, editing and adapting portal forms
  • Documenting application set up
  • Provide regular project status updates to management.
  • Provide support in application and forms testing, Quality Assurance testing.
  • Provide customer support with the application including resolving issues, preparing cases, update patches, manuals and training materials.
    • Essential Experience:
  • Ability to work as part of a project team, working to deadlines
  • Experience of configuring the Capita R&B application
  • Knowledge of and the ability to configure Capita Digital Portal
  • Knowledge of and the ability to configure Capita Digital Forms
  • Ability to work from home as part of a wider transformation team

  • Experience of working within the Public Sector
