You will be an all -round accounts/tax adviser to wide ranging clients, based from thefirms Wells offices. The firms clients are wide, from entrepreneurial start ups, sole traders, partnerships and significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, ranging in size, location and industry sectors.DescriptionJoining this firm as Senior Manager / Partner Designate / Director on a salaried basis initially most likely but with clear route to equity involvement on offer for those looking for progression, you will bring a career strength and background as an all-roundaccounts, tax, audit etc advisor to sole traders, partnerships and limited company clients. You will manage a portfolio, looking to develop relationships with your clients and play a key lead in further developing the growth of this firm. The right individualwill look to advise clients on a wide ranging, accounting, tax, business planning, profitability maximisation, succession etc as a trusted go to advisor. You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working withthe wider management and support team on this. The office has developed to a good sized turnover/GRF, with huge potential for further growth and expansion and you will have a clear route to progress within this successful firm.ProfileYou will hold any of ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualified etc , with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to around the Senior Manager / Junior Partner / Partner Designate/Director levels.
