Our client are looking for a Property Manager with previous experience in the lettings industry to come and join our team.If you are self-motivated individual with attention to detail, a can do attitude and a strong work ethic then get in touch!Duties/Functions of the role:· Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors in a friendly and efficient manner· Managing the workload of x1 full time and x1 part time team members· Carrying out and overseeing referencing checks on prospective tenants· Preparing, arranging and overseeing tenancy related paperwork· Preparing, arranging and overseeing rent reviews and property inspections· Preparing, arranging and overseeing check ins and check outs· Preparing, arranging and overseeing maintenance and repair works· Preparing, arranging and overseeing the renewal of safety certificates· Dealing with end of tenancy deposit deductions and disputesYou should have:· Excellent communication skills: verbal and written· IT skills: with previous experience of Microsoft Office 365· Previous experience of the TDS Custodial tenancy deposit scheme (preferred but not essential)· Minimum Grade C in both Maths and EnglishBenefits:· 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - No Weekend or Bank Holiday working · Basic Salary plus Commission and Bonuses· Mileage Allowance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year Company pension· 8 hour shiO - 9:00am to 5:00pm· Monday to Friday· No weekends or bank holidays Supplemental pay typesFor more information please contact AMR on
