Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorWells£22,000Office basedA Customer Service Representative interacts with an organisations customers to meet their needs and ensure that they get maximum value from the business. They are usually the first point of contact between the organisation and its customers.The role

  • Working within commercial insurance
  • Dealing with existing and new customers
  • Answering of emails, inbound and outbound calls
  • Amendments of existing policies
The candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
  • Customer Service Experience within a commercial or retail role.
  • Sales Experience preferable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.
  • Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and time-manage effectively.
  • Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
  • Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Able to work 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
