Their product is entirely bespoke and they have contracts with a range of high value clients. In line with their growthand objective to develop new products and tap into new markets, they are looking to employ a highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee the running of the business. This is a new position based at the facility at Wellingborough but with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days a week. This is a management position, reporting to the MD you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business with a focuson sustaining and driving sales. The ideal candidate is someone with a Rail or Engineering management background who is comfortable managing a team and driving sales.This is an autonomous role where you will have the ability to shape and influence the business for the future with the support of a well-established team.
