Service Account Coordinator - WellingboroughMarlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Service Account Coordinator

You will be tasked with the following,
  • Preparing monthly maintenance jobs for the scheduling team to process
  • Setting up new maintenance jobs and contracts for new sites
  • Data Entry on CRM system
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Liaising with internal teams and engineers to ensure timescales are met
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Weekly reporting of customers accounts
  • Preparing RAMS & Permits where required
  • Maintain customer portals where required
  • Sending out completion documentation to customers
  • Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works
  • Reviewing stock for engineers on jobs
  • General administration duties
