Job Description

Production Welder required for a fast growing business, comfortable work environment within the Warehouse, Welder Position with a fantastic career progression in your career, guaranteed weekends off, free on-site parking also accessible via public transport,early finishes on Friday.Responsibilities:

  • Making sure you read drawings and understand them before starting work
  • Line Feeding
  • Ensuring all parts are present, cut to size and are of good quality
  • Reporting all non-conforming materials to team leader
  • Welding the assembly using MIG method
  • Safely operate the drilling machine and punch machine to prepare parts for assembly
  • Quality control inspection as a welder
  • Repair and adjustmentsas and when necessary
  • As a Welder make sure you adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines at all times
  • Complete housekeeping duties on a daily basis as a welder
  • Any other duties the company deem appropriate
Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified MIGWelder
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Must be able to read drawings and weld process instructions
  • Being able to read and understand drawings
