Job Description

ROLE: Production OperativeLOCATION: WellingboroughHOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm BASIC SALARY: £380 per weekADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Lucrative bonus (after qualifying period of 12 weeks)***Opportunity of a permanent role***Do you have experience within a production environmentAre you capable of working in a physical roleAre you available to start immediatelyIf so, wed like to hear from you!Company ProfileOur client is seeking production operatives to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temp to perm basis.In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the production of roof trusses.
  • Assembling pre-cut timber beams.
  • Ensuring all work is accurate.
  • Working to tolerances.
  • Quality control of all materials.
  • Work in a safe manner and adhere to all health and safety standards.
In order to be successful as a Production Operative you must:
  • Have experience within a similar role and environment.
  • To be fit and able as the work can be physical.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
