A lot of projects we are involved in requires an experienced Payroll SME and so youwill play a vital role in the success of various projects across multiple platforms.PurposeTo provide Payroll consultancy services to clients on client-side implementations, provider-side implementations, and procurement projects. To be involved in the operations of the companys Payroll Bureau Service and Payroll Consultancy services.ResponsibilitiesClient-Side Implementations

• Client-side Consultancy: Process re-engineering, reports identification/testing, internal roll out, UAT, Payroll SME, Parallel runs, training, post-live support etc

• Data Migration activities

Provider-Side Implementations

• Implementation projects for customers of our partners (Ceridian Dayforce and IRIS Cascade are two products that are already identified for the position holder)

• The postholder is expected to be trained/certified in partner products. This will be determined based on demand and the needs of the organisation

Procurement Projects

• Procurement Consultancy projects

• System Brokerage projects

Internal / Support activities

• Training colleagues

• Sharing knowledge with colleagues

• Mentoring colleagues

• Research of the HR/Payroll/T&A/Talent Management software market

• Partner relationship management

• Client account management

• Sales and Business Development

• Sales and Marketing support

• Pre-sales support/demonstrations

• Certifications for provider-side products

Skills and Experience

• Must have an extensive payroll background, from a processing and software implementation perspective

• Must be CIPP qualified or equivalent

• Experience of processing pay using different systems

• Experience of finance systems

• Very strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel

• Outgoing personality

• Good attention to detail

• Must be well organised and capable of managing various projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)

• Valid UK driving licence, car owner and willing to travel

Whats on Offer

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience

• Profit Share Scheme

• 24 days annual leave plus Birthday leave

• Home based with travel as required. Flexibility is required in relation to work location
