Job Description

Order Processor At Pinnacle Windows we are looking for a Order Processor to efficiently and effectively process orders and quotes for our customers using window and door software.Order Processor Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and quotes via email
  • Prioritise (and process) orders, sending them back to the relevant person and help meet company response time targets
  • React and respond to all other enquiries promptly
  • Handle issues and follow through to resolutions with the help of relevant colleagues (Sales Managers, Directors, Finance, Transport etc)
  • Add value by offering extra products and services
  • Pass new referrals onto the Sales Team
  • Assist customers who request delivery ETA’s
  • Answering the phone
  • Build relationships with repeat customers over time.
Order Processor Requirements:
  • Attention to detail & Reliable
  • Previous experience in an order processing role desirable but not essential
  • Flexible attitude and approach
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Basic computer skills (Evolution/Evonet experience desirable but not essential)
  • Happy to be part of a team, self-motivated
  • A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers
