Job Description

Manpower is currently recruiting for the role of Multiskilled Machine Operator for one of our clients based in Wellingborough on a permanent basis. Your working week will be Monday - Friday 07:00am - 15:30pmSalary between 21K - 23.5K depending in experience.Principal Purpose

  • To operate Homag, Wemhoner, Buerkle, Holzma and Biele wood working machinery within our clients manufacturing facility and any other duties as requested by your manager in a safe and timely manner.
Principal Elements* Experience operating fast paced modern wood working, laminating or Postforming machinery.* Team ethics.* Must work well under pressure with tight deadlines.* Experience working with KPIs an advantage.* Quality awareness and attention to detail essential.* Must be available for occasional weekends when required.* Good housekeeping/cleanliness essential.* H & S compliant at all times.* Experience of Homag, Holzma, Wemhoner, Buerkle or Biele equipment an advantage.* Demonstrate a "can do" attitude with an ability to problem solve and innovate using the tools and equipment available.* Attention to detail and working in a methodical manner.* Experience working with hot melt adhesive coaters an advantage.* Experience of setting precision mechanical and CNC equipment.Site Benefits
