Job role: Quality Inspector (Precision Engineering) Salary: £35,000-£42,000 DoE Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays Overtime: Time 1/3 Benefits: Pension and on-site parking available The Company: Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries based in Wellingborough on their search for a Quality inspector with a good working knowledge of CMM Systems. The Benefits: · £37,000-£42,000 salary dependent on experience · Overtime readily available at time 1/3 · 33 days including bank holidays · Company Pension Scheme · Ongoing commitment to training and progression · On-site parking · Clean working environment The Role: · You will be using an array of Vision and Cosmos CMM Inspection systems to ensure a high quality of precision engineered components within the Aerospace, Motorsport, MOD & Medical Industry. · To ensure components are Turned, EDMs or Milled to a high standard and within tight tolerances · Highlight any defaults, log and suggest rectifications. The Requirements: · Minimum 2 years experience working as a quality inspector within the precision engineering industry · A good working knowledge of CMMs and first of inspections. · Live within a commutable distance to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire · A willingness to learn & work within a team · Understanding of Cosmos, Vision or QCT Inspection CMM Systems Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
