The Business Support Coordinator-Sales is responsible for processing of orders from a set range of customers and ensure increased business opportunities as well as offering day to day support of a customer portfolio and be the internal advocate for the customers enquiries.Roles and Responsibilities for the Business Support Coordinator-Salesinclude:

  • Making outbound calls when needed to retailers to discuss products, ensuring that samples, stands, and brochures are up to date and arrange for new stands and replacements when required.
  • Gain market and competitor information by making outbound calls.
  • Receiving Inbound calls from End users looking for product advice, display information and reseller information and advising accordingly.
  • Receiving inbound calls from installers requesting technical advice and providing basic installer information
  • Collate information to complete admin tasks following calls with retailers and upkeeping of the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders, advise customers on delays to future orders and give accurate information prior to order of potential delivery dates.
  • Ensure installer training courses are full by arranging with retailers, distributors, and installers for each area
To be successful in the role of Business Support Coordinator-Salesyou must have:
  • A proven history of over achievement in a sales/telesales role.
  • Experience of embedding a high performance and customer culture in your daily work.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and embrace new products and services.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and the flexibility of style and approach required to communicate with different audiences.
  • A confident, out-going resilient personality with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence.
  • You must be organised, able to manage own workload and have great accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
