Job Description

Support the transport team with varied tasks from planning, speaking with drivers and administrationBe supported with personal development to progress within the transport divisionClient DetailsA leading 3pl business operating on an international basisDescriptionTransport Administrator based in Wednesbury

  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving any potential routing issues before they occur
  • Support and plan for 10 vehicles
  • You will ensure all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • You will be trained on export documentation so you can support where necessary
  • You will transfer various sources of data from customers documentation to our customs system
  • You will communicate with border forces to ensure seamless border crossing
  • You will assist in weekly and monthly KPI as set by the business and/or Customer
  • You will ensure that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information both internally and externally as required e.g. Dealing with customer / supplier issues etc.
ProfileTransport Administrator based in Wednesbury
  • Previous experience of some sort within transport
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good communication
  • Previous transport planning is beneficial
  • A quick and keen learner
