Are you a confident well skilled 2nd line technician who can offer expert advice and organisational skills to assist us fulfilling our ambitious business goals We need a talented individual to join our expanding team who can provide insight, offer solutions while also taking a hands-on approach with day to day helpdesk activities when required.The Role;Our IT systems are the backbone of our business and are essential to get our customers back to normal as quickly as possible. This role is critical in supporting those systems, responsible for managing support of 2nd and some 3rd line incidents, requests and problems reported into the IT helpdesk, ensuring all tickets are actioned according to priority.Day to Day Duties;
