Working directly for the Regional Talent Manager (RTM) and Regional Talent Administrator (RTA), you will ensure all regional colleagues receivetimely and high quality training and development throughout their employment journey.You will build open, effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both in region and across the national Talent network.This role is designed to focus on helping line managers achieve great compliance with all aspects of their employee’s training,including induction, basic and development training deadlines.What youll doWhat you’ll do
