Quality ControlPermanent PositionWest BromwichDo you have experience within the food manufacturing industry and looking for a new opportunity I am looking for someone to join my client based in Tipton as Quality Controller, full training will be provided but you must have previous experience within afood manufacturing environment. Hours of work are 08:00am to 17:15pm and my client is looking to pay between £22 - £23k, depending on experience.Qualifications/ Experience required for Quality Control:" Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal, to enable efficient communication between colleagues and departments." Sufficiently numerate to understand and complete paperwork." High levels of attention to detail." Proficient in Microsoft Packages." Able to work independently and as part of a team." Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is a must.Responsibilities for Quality Control:" Ensure the business complies with all relevant Halal, Kosher, Organic procedures, relevant to site." To ensure all products manufactured are safe, legal and of the specified quality." Ensure Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) compliance." To support the business preparation for all customer and 3rd party audits." Conduct good manufacturing practice audits, Glass Audits, and Internal Audits." Quality Control Checks online to ensure compliance to specification." Creation on pallet labels and case labels." Management of non-conformances and implementation of corrective action." Monitor the product rotation and date coding procedures in all areas." Collect microbiological samples for environmental and product analysis." Verify compliance to QA programs such as SSOPs, HACCP, GMPs, Specification."
