Job Description

An Office Administrator is required to join a small manufacturing business in the Wednesbury area in a stand-alone position, working closely with the Director.This is a varied and reactive Office Administrator role where you will be responsible for;

  • Sales order processing and management
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Handling incoming calls, resolving queries, and diverting calls
  • Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
  • Liaising with production, ensuring orders will be completed on time
  • Stock management, stationery management and monitoring of health & safety procedures
  • Using Excel daily, including VLookUps
  • Supporting in general administration as required
To be considered for this Office Administrator role you will need the following experience;
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience, including VLookUps (essential)
  • Previous experience working for a manufacturing/engineering company
  • Confident to work alone and manage workload independently
  • Excellent communication skills
Working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, this is an office-based position in the Wednesbury area. Offering a salary of £23-28k dependant on experience.
