Pay rate

• Rotation Day (mornings and afternoons): £11 per hour for the first 4 weeks, increasing to £12.59 thereafter
• Nights: £11 per hour for first 4 weeks, increasing to £13.47 thereafter
• Overtime rates - available after completion of a standard weeks hours

Hours of workThe working hours are based on a weekly 2-shift rotation or nights where available:

• Mornings: Monday - Friday, 06:00AM - 14:00PM
• Afternoons: Monday - Friday, 14:00PM - 22:00 PM
• Nights: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00PM- 06:00AM

Due to the nature of the business you must be available to work all shifts when required:What will you be responsible for:

• Assisting in automotive foam manufacturing process, this may include mould preparation, placing seat inserts, quality inspection, rework of the parts to achieve the highest quality of the finished product or packing of the parts.
• General production duties
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Keeping your working area clean and tidy
• Working as part of a target-driven team to ensure the on time delivery to customers

What do you need:

• A willingness to learn new skills as full training is provided, whilst previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred it is not essential
• Enthusiasm and flexibility towards the role
• Great attention to detail, to identify any potential quality faults
• Availability to work the full rotating shift pattern
• Available to support with overtime when required
