I am delighted to be working in partnership with my highly-reputable Black Country client.A leader in the manufacturing sector, they are now seeking to hire a Management Accountant to support their on-going expansion.This exciting brand new role will suit someone with a strong background in all aspects of monthly management accounts production, who will enjoy working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business.The successful candidate will get involved in the following:- Budgeting & forecasting- Production of management accounts- Working closely with senior managers to support output targets and influence efficiencies- Creating costing models to ensure the business is able to predict/react to changing market conditions- Variance analysis and commentary- KPI development and driving activity to hit targets- Developing reporting on margins and pricing structures- Reconciliation of transactional activities, journals, accruals, prepayments, etcThe successful candidate will be the first line of support to the Financial Controller, and will form a key part of the drive for month end process efficiencies and systems improvements.We will happily look at both qualified and QBE candidates.
