Job Description

IT CoordinatorPermanentWednesburyHours of Work : 09.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.Salary and Company benefits : £25K to £35K, 28 days holiday, company pension and free onsite parking.We are working in partnership with our client who are growing rapidly, they are searching for an experienced IT Coordinator. Overall objective of the role is to work closely with Head of IT to provide administrative and coordinator support to IT function.Responsibilities for IT Coordinator

  • Provide Admin Support to Head of IT & support Project Leads in Project management Administration and reporting
  • Projects / activities admin
  • Interact with a diverse team to solicit status updates and identify potential risks in project plan.
  • Drafting of Project Execution Plans (Word, Excel and PowerPoint as appropriate)
  • Assist in IT vendor contracts with researches payment history, interfaces with Accounts Payable and vendors to ensure timely renewals of contracts, payments etc.
  • Preparation of Slide Presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Drafting Minutes of Meetings (Word) and scheduling project team meetings as required.
  • Update / Collation of Monthly Reports (Support to IT Team)
  • Maintain Helpdesk service reporting and analysis.
  • Execute and collate results of Customer Satisfaction Surveying.
  • Maintain Monthly IT Dashboard.
  • Support Monthly IT Budget Review documentation.
  • Support Monthly IT Projects Review documentation.
  • Creation of Reports / Issuing of Documentation (MOM / Monthly Reports etc.)
  • Draft / Finalise Policies and Procedures.
  • Prepare training materials.
  • Software Licences review and admin.
Qualifications for IT CoordinatorEssential
  • 6+ years administrative experience including project or program document control management.
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, project reporting, task tracking, scheduling and other critical tasks associated with Project execution.
  • Coordinating project materials and research, generating schedules and reports, and updating project information and scheduling.
Ideal
  • Manipulating data in Spreadsheets to create insightful reporting. Ideal would be PowerBI experience.
  • Experience in MS-TEAMS and establishing MS-TEAMS sites.
