Role: HR Manager Location: Wednesbury -West Midlands Salary: GBP40-45K DOE Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday- Friday 9am to 5pmStart: ASAP Bridge Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Manager for our client, for a brand-new stand-alone role. We are looking for someone who can go in and bring a HR presence into the company. Due to growth of the company they can offer you an opportunity inwhich you will be nurtured to develop in all areas of the role. As an experienced HR Manager, you will be required to deliver first line HR support to all employees: · Providing full complement of advisory functions across the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management and career development. · Working with the HR delivery operational team on people focused activities. · Collaborating with HR Shared Service to provide a first-class day to day HR service. · Incorporating new systems and HR processes to the operation. · Taking ownership of onsite projects and implementation to achieve the local and wider HR strategy. · Building a credible and successful HR partnership within a developing business.
