HR Business Partner.Multi-Site Distribution.Wednesbury, West Midlands.Hybrid Office/Home Working - Some Travel Required.£45,000 - £48,000.We have been retained by a successful privately-owned distribution organisation in a niche market sector to find an experienced Human Resources generalist to join their small central HR team, reporting to the Group HR Director. Based in the West Midlandswith sites across the UK, the Group has circa 1,100 employees and is continuing to expand both organically and through acquisition.We are looking for an HR all-rounder who can bring with them experience across a breadth of areas including employee relations, resourcing, learning and development, performance management, workforce planning and HR systems. A big focus of the role willbe advising, coaching and developing line managers to positively and consistently manage their people.You will be CIPD qualified (minimum Associate Member), have a comprehensive understanding of employment law and have a commercial understanding of HR’s impact within a business. Your experience will include fast-paced, customer-focussed environments andideally a multi-site organisation.Communication, both written and verbal, will be a core strength and you will have the ability to build collaborative working relationships across the organisation.
