HR Business Partner Birmingham (hybrid working available)£45,000A leading distribution business is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to provide a truly generalist service to a varied internal customer base. The role of HR Business Partner has emerged due to the ambition (around continued growth) of the business, meaning there is a danger that the existing HR is not able to operate at the required level to provide a proactive and value-add service across the organisation. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a comprehensive generalist HR service to a diversegeographically dispersedworkforce. Based from Head Office the role of HRBP will be aligned to a certain internal customer base (totalling roughly one-thirdof the business) meaning travel will be required on occasion (when an issue could lead to a dismissal, for instance). Working closely with the HR Director and the wider HR Team, the HR Business Partner will provide a proactive HR service, taking ownership of the companies ED&I agenda, delivering HR excellence for the business whilst allowing the organisation to realise itsgoals and ambitions.
