LHH Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Finance Manager (German Speaking) to join an International business near Walsall.You will be responsible for managing all finance and fiscal management aspects of the German division and ensure the accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet and other financial items on a month basis.Key duties:- Business partner to the regional management teams and support them to create a positive culture- Manage the finance function from a controlling perspective- Improve reporting and processes by working closely with the local business leaders- Manage cash and reduce working capital requirements- Prepare and develop annual budgets and monthly forecast with the finance teams to accompany the growth and evolution.To be successful with this application for the Finance Manager, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with the following experience:- Strong understanding of the key financial and commercial value drivers of a business.- Ideally experience from an industrial manufacturing, chemical or automotive sector with high complexity- Proven ability to deliver financial insight and implement sustainable improvement- Strong analytical and technical skills which cover the range of financial systems and accounting standards- Fluent German speaking and must be able to travel quarterly to the German site.
