Digital Analytics Manager| West Midlands (Hybrid) | £50,000 - £55,000 + BenefitsZachary Daniels Recruitment are partnering with a leading omnichannel retailer to appoint the position of Digital Analytics Manager. This retailer has an impressive track record and is embarking on a new chapter of change and expansion. The environment isgreat, a positive culture with a modern working environment encouraging flexibility.About the roleThe position of Digital Analytics Manager role is a hands on role, designed to provide comprehensive commercial, behavioural and onsite UX insight for the Digital team utilising customer, web, operations and sales data. In this role you will lay out thestrategy for the business and devise methods to measure initiatives.Key responsibilties in the position of Digital Analytics Manager will include the following:

  • Create and design the Digital Analytics strategy and vision, to support the decision making to ultimately drive sales and performance
  • Identify and deliver strategic KPI measurements with actional outputs, using intuitive visualization
  • Deliver commercially sound insights to improve trading, UD and digtial marketing performance including customer acquisition
  • Present a comprehensive reporting function across key customer segments along various dimensions
  • Establiush and maintain excellent cross functional relationships
  • Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Responsible for data integration across multiple internal and external sources to provide a single view of digital performance
  • Maintain expert level of analytical and insight related knowledge to keep ahead of industry developments and innovation
To be considered for the position of Digital Analytics Manager, you will offer the following:
  • Strong knowledge of UX Analytics tools
  • 3-5 years operating at a similar level, ideally within retail
  • Advanced Excel and/or SPSS knowledge
  • Detailed understanding of GA, GTM and Data Studio/Power BI
  • Knowledge of programming knowledge
  • Self starter with strong influencing skills
