To them, it’s about the fulfilled promise of safe, efficient and friendly delivery of their products.The positionWe now have an exciting opportunity for a Cylinder Driver to join our team to complete multi-drop tours, delivering LPG cylinders to our customers whilst maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.Key responsibilities: Your day to day duties will include:Conduct daily checks on vehicles to maintain road worthiness and comply with company and legal standardsEnsure tachograph records are compliant in line with WTD and drivers hours regulationsMaintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside of cab, reporting defects and incidents promptlySafe loading and unloading of vehiclesSupporting the Site Cylinder Filling team as requiredDelivering a high level of customer service to our customers, maintaining and enhancing the company reputationAttending training courses as requiredWhat are our client is looking forThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:LGV 2 (Class 2) driving licenceCurrent drivers CPCCurrent ADR licence (Class 2 Gases)Valid digital tacho cardCurrent FLT licence (Counterbalance) (desirable, training can be provided)Strong geographical knowledge of Midlands and extended areasAbility to manage high volumes of manual handling Required skills
