Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Wednesbury area of the West Midlands. You will be working for a company that are a leading retail giant supplying technology, service and support to its customers.Your role will consist of outbound calling to Customers past and present.Duties to include: -

  • Outbound calling to customers past and present to follow up on their delivery/service
  • Ask all relevent questions and take any notes to ensure an excellent Customer Service is adhered to at all times
  • Fact find from Customers to feed back to Management to assist in improving if/where required
You will need: -
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams etc)
  • A passion for customer service
  • To be able to work under pressure
Hours and Pay: -40 hours per week. Shift Pattern5 over 7 so weekend working will be requiredHours worked will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm each daySalary £10.00 per hourThis role will be on a temporary to permanent basis and following completion of this period, the company will offer benefits to include: -
