You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communicationsstrategies that resonate with our target audience and set us apart from the competition.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services within the automotive insurance sector.
• Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.
• Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple projects, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the automotive sector.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, optimising spends for maximum impact.
• Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of marketing and communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Innovation: Continuously bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to differentiate our brand in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a track record of bringing new ideas to the table.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management, and marketing platforms.
