Job Description

My client is looking for two experienced Telesales / Telemarketers to join a leading electrical & mechanical manufacturing / supplier company, established for over 75 years, priding itself on high quality, value for money, exceptional customer service anda great place to work.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Telesales / Telemarketer, who will become an integral part of the sales team.Duties

  • To perform Telesales and Telemarketing including hot, warm and cold calling
  • Follow up quotation and marketing promotions
  • Keep record of customers contact and marketing activities
  • Arrange mailshot deliveries to customers and follow up
  • Organise various marketing activities, including web marketing
  • Research new markets, industries and potential customers via the internet
  • Research via trade publications and trade fairs
  • Research the market by other methods and identify new prospects
  • Update social media pages.
  • Organise work flow on day to day basis.
  • Decide which prospects are most valuable to pursue.
  • Maximise personal productivity and overcome objections.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years working in an Telemarketing / Telesales (or similar) role
  • Very proficient with all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Dynamic and efficient
  • Organised and forward thinking
