Strategic Test Manager, QA & Capability Lead, Automation Testing, Mainly RemoteStrategic Test Manager required to work for a fast growing company based near Watford. Typically this will involve identifying the correct approach for testing based on the initiative, planning, documentation, resource coordination, monitoring/reportingprogress, escalation of conflicts/issues to the relevant party and coordinating the appropriate sign-off and closure. The role involves managing and motivating staff within the team.You will be managing circa 12 people in a growing team and we need someone to have operated at this level. It is ESSENTIAL for you to have this level of experience. With it being strategic, we want someone with solid, proven leadership experience, alongwith having the ability to map out the future of the test function, using (and having exposure to) the likes of Agile and Waterfall as methodologies.
