Job Description

The company provides a fantastic training programme so you can become a technical expert on their products. They also provide excellent opportunities for progressionacross the business.Their modern, spacious offices are based near the Metropolitan line, and have free on-site parking, making it convenient for all commuters.We are looking for candidates with previous Customer Service experience, a professional telephone manner and willingness to go the extra mile to help!Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00Hybrid working (2 days in the Watford office and 3 days from home).Main duties to include:

  • Offering first line to support to customers
  • Providing technical support and guidance on specialist products
  • Handling customer enquiries via inbound calls and a shared inbox
  • Organising the shipping of replacement products
  • Consistently providing an empathetic level of customer service
  • Working in compliance to company policy and ethos
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a bonus
  • Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to commute to Watford
  • Suitable set-up to work from home
