As a business, we are looking for the kind of Senior Recruitment Consultants that can: *Provide an excellent level of customer service, partnering with candidates and clients*Communicate effectively at all levels, building rapport and strong working relationships *Demonstrate experience and skills from similar role or within a sales background *Demonstrate their hunger, drive and ambition to learn and achieve *Work well in a team, assist and contribute to the growth of the businessYour responsibilitiesAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:*Utilise our extensive database, job boards, and media to resource and screen candidates.*Work to source, qualify and place skilled candidates in suitable roles*Become a specialist in your area, generating live leads and current market information*Develop new business and nurture existing accounts, business partnering at all levels*Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, and offers with candidates *Working closely with clients to deliver the optimal recruitment solution *Mentoring and providing guidance to other members of the team *Conducting site visits with clients, on occasion meeting candidate to develop your relationshipsWhy should you join usThis is a fantastic opportunity with the ability to earn uncapped commission, at one of the highest rates in the local area.
