They consistently deliver high level medical education programmes and create high level medical educational content for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies that connects energetically with the specific target audience.They are one of the world’s most admired pharmaceutical marketing and medical education agency.They currently, actively support 4 of the top 5 pharma companies in the world with a focus on local, EMEA and global accounts.Our client is currently seeking to recruit a versatile Principal Medical Writer / Senior Medical Copywriter who loves to write and wishes to gain more disease area variety, rather than manage KOLs.The KOL interface continues to be led by their programme teams, allowing medical writers to focus on what they do best - writingThe Senior Medical Writer will be responsible for editorial development of educational materials for their domestic and international clients produced for both traditional and digital formats.The ideal Senior Medical Writer will be a strategic thinker, resourceful, have exceptional writing, editing and reviewing skills and have the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment. They are looking for a Medical Writer who turns science into enchantment and data into desire.The Senior Medical Writer will also have the ability to critically analyse and synthesise complex scientific information from a range of scientific disciplines. The Senior Medical Writer will be passionate about distilling and translating complex clinical and scientific data to support pharmaceutical product developmentSenior Medical Writer - Summary:-- Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients- A life sciences degree, ideally MSc or PhD- To support programme teams to meet their clinical document deliverables- Ensure medical writing deliverables are of high quality and adhere to departmental procedures/practices and industry/international standards- Consistently produces documents of high quality- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritise workload with impeccable attention to detail- Will ensure communications are complete, well organised, scientifically accurate and that messaging is consistent throughout all technical documentation- Consistent completion of high-quality work within agreed timelines and budget- Development of high-quality and accurate medical and scientific content with the ability to adapt style and approach across multiple audiences and channels- Clear, persuasive writing style, able to develop a compelling narrative from complex information- Creating scientifically accurate content for both publications and medical affairs deliverables- To support clinical and regulatory teams to ensure that amendments to documents are clearly and accurately captured- Review scientific literature, product information and evaluate product data- Researching and writing audience appropriate scientific/medical content- Distilling complex scientific information and terminology for all audiences- Utilising creative writing skills to suggest visual ways to bring content to life and to develop engaging scientific content- Working with Scientific Director and Editors to ensure all content is well written and accurate- Working across multiple projects- Ensuring process, publication and client branding guidelines are followed- Ensuring content meets the relevant compliance codes- Collection of clinical data from multiple sources and the presentation in an accurate and concise mannerRight & Square Recruitment is an employment agency and employment business Required skills
