Senior FP&A Analyst, Watford, Hertfordshire3-6 Months Contract, £250- £325p/day Our Client, real employers of choice in the local area are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the business for circa 3-6 months. Despite the short timescale you will be at the heart of the business driving and achieving commercial goals and targets. The purpose of this position is to build stakeholder engagement, lead change in a fast paced environment and support the leadership team to drive the financial performance of the business. Key responsibilities include: * Key deliverables are monthly management accounts, quarterly business reviews, bi-annual board updates. * The role holder will need to operate cross functionally within FP&A and wider Finance to report all financial metrics across both brands.* Ensure all commentary is insightful and at the appropriate level for the senior leadership team. * Prepare the 3 yr plan and make recommendations on P&L and Cash targets for all business units to drive optimum growth in line with the strategic plan.* Capture all the risk and opportunities to the financial plan and communicate to senior leadership to enable effective decision making .* Look at systems and current procedures and help recommend best practice. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience inline with the above and have the ability to handle large data sets.
