Job title: Senior Buyer / Procrument Specialist -Turkish SpeakingLocation: HertfordshireSalary: £28000 - £33000 per annumEmployment type: Full timeThis appointment has been created in response to volume growth in our workload and feedback from our customers, our suppliers and our team members on how we can improve the efficiency and reliability of our supply service.Main Duties:To assume responsibility for the management and safe delivery of POP supply programs for our customers, playing a key role in the fast growth of one of our business units.Support the team by delivering reports on time, maintaining contact with shippers, processing administrative paperwork e.g. invoices and delivery notes etc.Assisting with the analysis of tenders, providing a recommendation, monitoring of the project progress.Provide support for achieving agreed target margins and savings for the company.Provide support for negotiating supply terms and conditions in line with policies and procedures.Experience and Attributes:Fluency in Turkish and English required.Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.The knowledge and expertise of managing end-to-end global supply chain.Positive and proactive approach to team workingExcellent planning and organisation skillsAble to work calmly and with attention to detail under pressureAble to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work
