As a Sales Director, youll enjoy all the commercial exposure a senior sales role can afford. Working closely with your internal stakeholders at all levels and all over the world, your goal is to provide our business with the commercial insight to ensureour products stay relevant. As the Sales Director you should be a proven people manager as well as an inspirational leader, capable of havinginput from shop floor to boardroom.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Director, Head of SalesAs the Sales Director, you will be involved in everything we do in terms of business development, account management and business intelligence. You will also: · Collaborate with the senior leadership team and wider group in setting and delivering the companys sales objectives and budget targets. · Help to lead and inspire the sales team, providing coaching and training to close skill gaps and foster a high-performance culture. · Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients. · Conduct revenue opportunity valuations, identifying potential growth areas and implementing strategies to capitalise on them. · Ensure accurate and efficient management of data for strategic decision-making and to drive growth. · Collaborate with other departments i.e marketing, product development, and procurement. · Proactively identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine and develop sales strategies.REQUIREMENTS: Sales Director, Head of SalesTo be successful in your application, you will already be a driven and experienced senior sales professional, and you may now be looking for the next step of your career with an international group, or you may just be looking for an organisation that will offeryou autonomy and growth.
