Job Description

Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a growing client of ours who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team based in a great location with a fantastic office space in Watford.The position is temporary, turning into a permanent position for the right person.The role is 20 hours a week, ideally around 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, however this can be flexible.ResponsibilitiesSales Ledger

  • Wholesale orders processing
  • Processing customer refunds
  • Credit Control (Contact/Chase outstanding invoices)
  • Web sales & Amazon Sales recs and posting
  • Amazing stock reconciliation and posting
Purchase Ledger
  • Post supplier invoices
  • Prepare payment run
  • Affiliates reporting and invoicing
General Ledger
  • Post bank transactions
  • Help with bank reconciliations, e-wallets
