Job Description

About usThe roleWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join us in a part-time role based in Watford.This role is based within the Complete Veterinary Care (CVC) team; they provide a range of high quality products and services to the veterinary profession.The role would require working three days including Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm.You would be responsible for ensuring that products, samples and test results are all processed and invoiced in a timely and efficient manner, and will provide product and administrative support to clients, suppliers and the CVC team.Key accountabilities

  • Ensure all sales invoices for all products are processed by the end of each month
  • Ensure purchase invoices correlate with sales invoices
  • Process and post product orders and ensure all details are logged
  • Process and log all samples and test results
  • Process all incoming and outgoing post
  • Carry out monthly stock counts and monitor stock storage
  • Ensure all stationary and posting resources are stocked
  • Support clients with order and sample information
  • Keep sales data updated and provide data for reports when requested
  • Maintain good business relationship with clients and suppliers through good communication
  • Skills and experience
  • Min 2 years’ experience in administrative role
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organisation skills are essential
  • Great communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Autonomous

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
