Job Description

Our client, a leading fragrance business, is searching for an experienced Junior Brand Manager to join their team. With responsibility for new launches, delivering breakthrough concepts and monitoring campaign performance the successful individual must have a passion for fragrance and a keen eye for market trends. This is an office-based role, the ability to commute to Watford is essential.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project process from launching new fragrances to working alongside the delivery team to ensure products are on schedule.
  • Keep up to date with consumer trends and market knowledge to help define new concepts.
  • Aid the development of strategies into detailed plans ensuring we competition is consistently beat.
  • Support on operational tasks such as budget tracking
  • Track campaign performance against KPI
  • Develop good relationships and work closely with distributors and marketing team.
  • Execute the launch strategy (360° platform) with our agencies
  • Help in the preparation of key meetings and presentations
    • Experience:
  • Graduate level with ideally business / marketing related degree
  • Beauty/Fragrance experience desired
  • Be passionate about the brand, the path it is going through and be ready to make a difference
  • Clear understanding of all media and digital channels
