Job Description

Italian Operation Account Coordinator £23K + BenefitsWatford12 months contract, Full-TimeKerr operating as an employment business is working on behalf of our client, a market leader within the printing and graphic communication industry. Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator for managing the order entry to cash process and delivering outstanding customer service to a range of commercial key accounts.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, some flexibility will be required to cover other markets.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing customers orders
  • Responding to customers queries via phone and e-mails,
  • Managing deliveries in line with customers expectation and leasing with other departments
  • Responding to customer complaints and invoice queries
  • Rising credits & adjustments on customer accounts and liaising with credit & collections to ensure any outstanding customer deductions are resolved
  • Ensuring relevant information relating to customer orders & deliveries is communicated in a timely manner
  • Understanding the operational requirements of key customers (key contacts, delivery specifications, booking requirements, etc)
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Ensuring customer account records are kept up to date for audit purposes
  • Identifying and resolving with the data management team any master data errors
  • Providing support for other members of the team
  • Ideal Candidate Would Have
  • Fully fluent in English and Italian
  • An additional European Language would be a plus
  • Proven customer service or logistics experience
  • An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Forward thinking and open to new processes/process improvements
  • PC skills - competent on Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
  • A pro-active and flexible attitude
  • An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required
