IT Operations ManagerUp to £60000 Annual Salary + BenefitsAre you a Service Delivery/Operations focused IT professional with experience of transforming high volume IT Service Desks as part of your repertoireDo you have strong belief in ITIL and the benefits it can bring to an organisationAbsolute IT Recruitment are delighted to be representing a highly respected firm within the private healthcare sector who are keen to hire an IT Operations Manager in the either London/Herts Boarder, Milton Keynes or Northampton.As the IT Operations Manager you will report to the Head of the Department and have over arching management of the Service Desk function comprising of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers (Currently 14 Team Members). You will need to hit the ground running andbe able to tackle elements such as Service Desk Transformation and utilising ITIL at the highest level. There is great scope for progression too and offers flexible working (3-4 days can be worked from home).Whilst we are not looking for someone who is technically hands on, the right IT Operations Manager will have an appreciation for technology and be up to date with recent tech initiatives. You must have excellent ITIL knowledge and ideally be ITIL Certified to at least ITIL V3, ideally ITIL V4.You will be an excellent leader and possess top quality people management skills. You will be someone who the Head of Department can trust and be able to share ideas confidently to senior stakeholders internally.This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to really make their mark in an ever growing business with approx. 8000 users.WFH: Flexible and the right person could work from home 3-4 days a week.Whats in it for you:
