A fantastic Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Watford, paying a salary of up to £38,000 + Bonuses is available for a stunning Hotel & Mansion House.This is a reactive sales office, so the focus of this role is to ensure the successful conversion of inbound sales enquiries for Conference, Weddings & Events business.Set within 22 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland, this stunning Queen Ann building with traditional Georgian proportions and striking tall white columns, create the perfect setting for weddings and events.Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Watford,Highlights:

Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Watford,Highlights, Role Overview:
  • The Regional Sales Office Manager will lead and develop the sales team at both hotels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day business and ensure all processes and brand standards are adhered to, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Encourage the team to drive enquiry conversion and recognise opportunities to upsell to clients.
  • Be hands-on in managing event sales with clients when required.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business.
