Job Description

Key skills: 1st & some 2nd Line Support, MSP Experience Preferred, Call Logging, Windows 10, AD Administration (creating accounts, email addresses, etc), Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills.There will be the necessity to work an evening shift one week in four which will be 16:00 - 00:00 and will be performed from home.My Client is a highly dynamic and successful computer reseller and consultancy providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line & some 2nd Line Support Help Desk Engineer with 18 months + experience. You will ideally have an MSP background.This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a dynamic, fast moving organisation.You will have good exposure to Windows, Active Directory, Password resets, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as:

  • Office 365 support
  • Windows10 Support
  • Exchange support
  • AD/GPO management
  • Firewall management
  • Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)
  • Azure Exposure a bonus
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be polite / personable.
