Job Description

Are you a fluent speaker of German and English with a background in digital content If so then we have an amazing opportunity for you! Our client, one of the worlds largest department retailers is currently looking for a German speaking Online ContentOfficer to be responsible for the digital content for their new international websites. You would be involved in the digital content planning, CMS management, as well as working alongside several different departments within the company. This role is basedin their amazing new office in Watford on a hybrid scheme. You would be joining a dynamic and supportive team with lots of room to grow and enhance your skills.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement and deliver digital content for the websites in Germany and Austria
  • Contribute to online trading and brand plans
  • Work alongside different departments such as Brand and Marketing
  • Support the planning and development of the digital content calendar
About you:You need to be a results-oriented and driven individual, with a positive attitude to change and conflict. Strong communication and relationship building skills are integral to this role. Profile:
  • Fluent speaker of German and English
  • Previous experience working with CSS or content management systems in a digital environment is highly advantageous
  • HTML experience (beginner/intermediate)
  • Knowledge of SEO principals and best practice
  • Amazing attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have a pro-active attitude
