Financial Accounting Manager, Watford, Hertfordshire£60- £70,000pa plus Benefits Inc- Bonus, Medical and PensionOur client, a market leader based in Watford has a great opportunity for technically strong, practice trained Finance Manager to join the business. The main purpose of the role is to help build a best in class function and deliver the external financial reporting. Key Duties:--Preparation of year end statutory accounts for all Group companies-Responsibility and ownership of accounting and reporting of 6 group entities.-Preparing budgets, forecasts and helping to deliver improved Kips throughout the business.-Review of period end balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the business.-Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for payroll related balance sheet accounts.-Management of daily cash-flow and general banking related matters.-Co-ordination and management of year-end audit, main point of contact for external auditors.-Ad-hoc project work.The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with a strong record of achievement to date. You will have recent experience of consolidation and a good awareness of accounting legislation principles. You must be flexible, organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
